<p>What is a Suitable Housing Clause. In this weeks episode we go over what a Suitable Housing Clause is for a seller, and what a Home Sale Contingency is for a buyer. What each means is if the seller has a Suitable Housing Clause they need to find another home to move into before they can close on the home they are selling. For a buyer this is a Home Sale Contingency where the buyer is telling the seller they will buy the home when they sell their current home.
