U.S. Osprey Crash Near Japan, Poway Unified Superintendent Lawsuit, SDGE's Increased Profits

<p>At least one person is dead after a U.S. Military Osprey crashed near Japan overnight. Six crew members are believed to have been on board. A Del Norte High School softball player has filed a 93-page lawsuit against Poway Unified School District Superintendent Marian Phelps.
