Playwright, novelist and Aosdána member Thomas Kilroy from Callan Co Kilkenny has died. President of Ireland Michael D Higgins has been leading the tributes to him while Etaoin Holahan of the cultural coffeehouse in his native Callan, Fennelly's, too has added her voice in remembrance.
