Texas AG Ken Paxton hit with Jan. 6 legal complaint amid reelection bid

The state's attorney general was given notice on Thursday of a complaint alleging he violated Texas' open records law by failing to turn over personal texts and emails related to last year's pro-Trump rally that preceded an attack on the U.S. Capitol.
