<p>I think a lot of people carry around pain from their past...probably without even knowing.  That was me.  Living in a low grade depression for the majority of my life. I have since done the 'work' of figuring out why I am the way that I am and healing/forgiving myself from the mistakes that I've made and the hurt that I've felt.
