The Philadelphia Flyers were on a mission deep into the month of March 2020 when it looked like in all probability, they would make a deep run for the Stanley Cup, then, Covid dismantled the sports world and the wheels on the Flyers Cup train were put on hold. When play resumed in August of 2020, the Flyers found their momentum abandoned and were a shell of what they were. 2021, picked up where 2020 left, much disappointment andan exclusion once again from the playoff picture.
