Social Media in the Workplace: Managing The Personal V Professional Voice

One of the most asked questions I get from public sector pros is ‘how do I manage the personal versus professional role of social media at work?’ Five years ago many public sectors pros were operating behind corporate accounts, but today, it’s important that the personal professional voice is front and centre of your social media communications.
