Oyo North APC women leader, Atoyebi is dead

<p>The All Progressives Congress (APC) women leader in Oyo North Senatorial District, Princess Adebowale Adenike Atoyebi, is dead.</p>, <p>DAILY POST gathered on Friday that Atoyebi died on Thursday.</p>, <p>She died in the early hours of Thursday.</p>, <p>Her death came, few years after the death of her father, the late Alamodu of Ago-Amodu, Oba Lawal Oyetola Adebowale.</p>, <p>Senator representing Oyo South on the platform of APC, Sharafadeen Alli in his reaction, described her death as a great loss.</p>, <p>Alli described the deceased as a dedicated and selfless leader who worked tirelessly towards the development of Oyo State as well as Nigeria.</p>, <p>The lawmaker in the statement signed by his Special Adviser on Media, Akeem Abas, noted that the party will miss the deceased.</p>, <p>He said, “It is with heavy hearts that we receive the news of the passing of Princess Adebowale Adenike Atoyebi, the APC Women Leader in Oyo North Senatorial District.</p>, <p>“Her demise is a great loss to our party and to the Nigerian political landscape”.</p>
