The chair grows it's wings and Binky suggests going to visit Topsy-Turvy Land. So off they all go. It's a very strange land where everything is backwards. Then they meet a policeman. He is a bad-tempered policeman and threatens to take the chair to prison. It fluesoffin fright with Peter and Binky but the policeman catches Mollie.
