She has been in the fitness industry for more than12 years and her service to humanity continues to grow. Her spiritual journey has led her to offer intuitive readings, spiritual mentoring, and guiding participants through meditation, mindfulness, and breath work. Inspired by the fitness industry (dance fitness, yoga training, group strength training), April decided to start Evolistic Living, a company that has become a movement, focusing on evolution and holistic well-being for the collective. The three main components offered for private and group sessions/events consist of M/R/Y: Meditation, Reiki, and Yoga.
