<p>A major effort is underway to evacuate Irish people from Sudan.&nbsp;The Department of Foreign Affairs has confirmed 50 Irish citizens and their family members have already been evacuated with the support of France and Spain.&nbsp;Limerick Minister Patrick O'Donovan says the Sudan crisis shows why our foreign policy needs to change radically.
