<p>One of the most hotly contested matters of local importance is that of land use and zoning. </p> <p>Norm reports on a local member of a Connecticut community who has announced a lawsuit against a town following the town's denial of her land use proposal. </p> <p>There is no hiding the burgeoning pressure being applied to local towns and municipalities as a result of the nationwide push for affordable housing. </p> <p>Open Communities Alliance is the subject of this Connecticut community's story.
