Kyle Cooke struggled to get into a partying mood because of his fight with Amanda Batula, Danielle Oliveria had a disagreement with her boyfriend, and Andrea got kicked in the face! <em>The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City</em> ladies seemed to be mending fences after an outdoor adventure of ATVing and rock climbing.
