How to deal with the toxicity of social media? (Harshita)

It <em>wants </em>to make you feel bad about yourself. You need to understand that it's nothing but a big marketing machine. What you can do here, download some kind of time tracking apps. Second, to deal with the feeling of jealousy looking at other people's lives, is to pause, take a step back and just appreciate the fact that someone could do it and just reiterate to yourself that 'I haven't done it yet, but I will soon.' Last but not the least, you should be clear about what kind of life you want, without being influenced by others.
