(Chili’s and On the Border).</p> <p>Being an entrepreneur, Pamela decided to start her own company in 2006. What distinguishes her from others in her field of expertise is she has a long record of successfully guiding local and national clients (Walgreen’s, McDonald’s, Chase Bank to name a few) with their commercial real estate acquisitions, lease obligations and consulting services. Pamela is the founder and CEO of Goodwin Commercial based in Dallas, TX, a boutique commercial real estate and consulting firm specializing in developing retail and restaurant pad sites. She has been featured in BisNow, Texas Real Estate Business, Shopping Center Business and the Dallas Business Journal.
