Hallelujaween Part Two: Black Horror (ft. Professor Tananarive Due)

<p>We're continuing the conversation with part two of our Hallelulujah-ween spectacular! This week, we’re talking Black horror movies with film historian <a href="https://www.tananarivedue.com/">Tananarive Due</a>! She's a professor whose course, called “The Sunken Place: Racism, Survival and the Black Horror Aesthetic” has gained national attention! She teaches on Black Horror and Afrofuturism at UCLA and is an executive producer of Shudder's documentary Horror Noire: A History of Black Horror. She's also worked with Get Out's Jordan Peele on several projects including <a href="https://www.amazon.com/Get-Out-Jordan-Peele/dp/1941753280">her work</a> on the annotated screenplay of the film. </p><p>Tre'vell and Jarrett chat with Professor Due about Black horror tropes, art imitating reality and what she'd like to see next from the Black horror genre.
