Gospel of Mark - Mark 10:22-31 - Prog 49

<p>A we continue in Mark 10, we’re looking at verses 22-31.</p> <p> Here Mark records Jesus’ words as concerning the difficulty of those occupied with wealth to enter the kingdom of God.</p> <p> Dr. Mitchell notes, it is not impossible, but it can be difficult for such a one who makes wealth a priority over a relationship to the Lord Jesus Christ</p> <p> 1st Timothy 6:17 gives instruction for those believers, who are rich in this present age, to set their hope on God rather than on the uncertainty of riches.</p> <p> Peter wanted to know what about the disciples who left everything to follow Jesus. What reward would they have?
