<p>Rachel  came from 500K in student loan debt struggling, working multiple jobs, burnt out and trying to make ends meet. Fast-forward to ten years later, she became am a short-term rental investor and host. She self-manages her properties through automation, manage contractors, etc.  Rachel has owned and managed 4 luxury rentals and several others - with a cash flowing rental portfolio grossing over 6 figures a year.
