<p class="p1">What are you working towards, really?  Often in business we lose sight of our end goal and focus instead on strategy, sales, and results.  We lose sight of <em>who</em> we are really working for.   If focussing on the outcomes is the right thing to do, why can it feel so wrong? </p> <p class="p1">The book The Go-Giver validated all of these feelings for me and explained why a revenue-centric model may be stopping you from achieving those revenue goals. </p> <p class="p1">My guest today is Bob Burg.
