Episode 11: Loving Myself is One of the Greatest Gifts I can Give My Children

<p>One of the hardest yet most important things we can do is to love and accept ourselves. Today on <a href="https://www.instagram.com/embracelamusica/">@embracelamusica</a> podcast, I get super personal and talk about my journey to confidence and believing that I'm worth loving after struggling with eating disorders over a decade ago.<br> <br> Take a listen, enjoy some heart and humility this Mother's Day weekend as I truly believe that one of the greatest gifts I can give my children is loving myself and teaching them by example to do the same as they grow, dream and explore this world which won't always be friendly to them or us along our way.<br> <br> I share my heart because I believe it will encourage someone else.
