Today’s guest is a high energy, much loved pal of mine, Adriana Tantau or as everyone more commonly knows her, Fudge. Little did I know (like most people I'm sure) that Fudge has been on a mental health roller coast of the recent years.  Highs, lows, explosive reactions, unappealing moods, coping mechanisms and most frighteningly... suicidal thoughts.  Fortunately she was sent to an acupuncturist who somewhat randomly, yet accurately pointed her in the direction of exploring PMDD as a possible culprit for her turmoil.   What's that you ask?  So did I... So did Fudge.
