Ep. 73: Want to create something to put out into the world? You'll appreciate this

<p>I wanted to film this for myself... but it ended up having a TON of value for anyone who wants to create something or put things out in the world. I would love to hear what was the most resonant or valuable to you! I ended up talking about:</p> <p>- The importance of being proud of yourself & celebrating wins (no matter how big or small)</p> <p>- The power of committing to a process goal RATHER THAN setting quality / outcome goals</p> <p>- The worst case scenario: resenting the creation process</p> <p>- Committing to something often feels heavy... but can paradoxically be quite "freeing!"</p> <p>- Being pleasantly surprised that viewing my life objectively, from a third party perspective, allowed me to feel joy (in reliving moments), pride, and gratitude.</p> <p>- Beware optimization / efficiency at all costs. If it comes at the expense of joy - it’s far from worth it.</p> <p>- Creating is always worthwhile.
