Ep 67 - The 6 Step Strategy I Used to Grow My Revenue from $6k to $39k in 5 months

<p>Welcome back to another episode of the STJ Podcast!</p> <p>In today&#39;s episode, I&#39;m going to break down EXACTLY how I grew my coaching revenue from $6k in February to $39k in June (a 550% increase)!</p> <p>From February to June, my revenue grew by +550% -- which is kind of insane.</p> <p><strong>Here are my exact revenue numbers month by month:</strong></p> <p>February: $6,240</p> <p>March $12,938</p> <p>April: $20,320</p> <p>May: $28,108</p> <p>June: $39,104</p> <p>Now that the context is there, here&#39;s the strategy I used to grow so quickly.</p> <p><strong>I created a robust -- yet simple to execute -- strategy to get leads.</strong></p> <p>And this is EXACTLY what I teach inside of my digital coaching program, <a href="https://www.scottietaylorjr.com/financial-advisor-academy" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferer">The Financial Advisor Academy</a></p> <p>Here are the strategies I used to get TONS of leads - book sales calls, and ultimately close a LOT of business.</p> <p>1) I clearly identified my target market, got hyper specific on my ideal avatar, and doubled down on solving ONE problem.</p> <p>2) I used LinkedIn to bring in new leads.</p> <p>3) I created a hyper targeted email campaign</p> <p>4) I started posting on social media (mostly LinkedIn) to brand myself as an expert</p> <p>5) I reached out directly to offices to offer free speaking events</p> <p>6) I hired a CRM manager</p> <p><br></p> <p>And when I implemented these strategies? There have been CONSISTENT leads coming in the door.</p> <p>And now that the &quot;leads&quot; part of the equation has been cracked, I simply worked on improving my sales call process (conversion %).</p> <p>Next up?
