<p>I'll have you consider, it's you that doesn't understand [Not me]</p> <p><br></p> <p>We're on a mission to help one million people RISE by 2030 - join the movement at <a href="http://www.myrise.co.uk/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">www.myrise.co.uk</a></p> <p><br></p> <p>Have you ever thought of someone else “they don’t understand”?</p> <p>Have you ever thought that of me / us?</p> <p>Don’t worry if you have.</p> <p>A lot of people have over the years.</p> <p>Many have told me directly as I’ve been talking to them about things related to their health, fitness, exercise and food.</p> <p>“You don’t understand”.</p> <p>Heard it probably thousands of times.</p> <p>But…………..</p> <p>Is it worth considering…………</p> <p>That, maybe………..</p> <p>It’s you that doesn’t understand.</p> <p>There’s a difference between understanding and fully agreeing.</p> <p>I / we understand that it’s not easy sometimes.</p> <p>That our lives are busy and challenging.</p> <p>That this can seem like “yet another thing”.</p> <p>That there are countless things that can get in the way and / or make this all more difficult.</p> <p>But………</p> <p>There’s a difference between understanding all that……….</p> <p>And fully agreeing that those things have to mean what you’ve made them mean.</p> <p>Maybe, just maybe………..</p> <p>When people think we don’t understand is it perhaps that we do and they / you don’t?</p> <p>Or, at least, that we can help you get to a level of understanding that will serve you better?</p> <p>That will allow you to get the results you desire?</p> <p><br></p> <p>Much love,</p> <p>Jon ‘Ne comprend pas’ Hall</p>
