<p>Boris Johnson has pledged that the sale of new petrol and diesel cars will be banned by 2035 – bringing the government target forward by a full five years. But on Tuesday sacked environment minister Claire O’Neil accused the Prime Minister of ‘not getting’ climate change. Can the government meet the ambitious goals outlined today?
