Blood & Rain Episode 31: The Praxis of Man.

<p>The Western World knows too much of decay. </p><p>“Every great society begins Stoic and ends Epicurean.”</p><p>This is certainly the case for many Western nations now, but the fight is far from over.</p><p>Stare down a doomer In the eyes, and you’ll see he doesn’t fully believe the doomsaying he’s vomiting.</p><p>The doom he speaks of is not set in stone as he attempts to claim, but the accumulation of such statements can indeed become a collective self-fulfilling prophecy. </p><p>Those words, thoughts, and actions of each man can fulfill a different prophecy.</p><p>The prophecy of Renaissance and Alignment.</p><p>This takes action more than anything, and action is the ideal of men.</p><p>The PRAXIS of man.</p><p>Maybe war is the only road to peace like they say.</p><p>I sure as hell don’t believe that.</p><p>What I do believe however, is that this long peacetime has created a void of action, as nothing appeared to have any urgency. </p><p>That lack of action has diminished men, and has diminished boys raised by these men.</p><p>Luckily, masculinity will always remain the same. </p><p>Masculinity can be relearned. Masculinity can be retaught.
