The ballots are set and the only people in Annapolis who will vote in the September 21st primary are registered Democrats who reside only in Wards, 3, 4, and 8. The Annapolis Pride Parade and Festival is canceled. Bands in the Sand is Canceled. More venues requiring vaccinations for attendance.
