<p>This week’s radio show (podcast) features our Earth Day Special with our co-producer Ken Norton recounting the Survival Faire, where on February 20, 1970, two months before the first national Earth Day, students bought and buried a new car to call attention to the environmental damage caused by the gasoline engine, as well as other issues like pesticide use.  The SF Chronicle reported on it with a photo included on this show’s web page.
