On the morning of June 13th, 2019 Judy and her husband were discussing plans to launch a new meditation, mindfulness program that was transforming Judy’s life. She wanted to share it with everyone! Then, that dreadful morning, she received a phone call that their son was found unresponsive and was rushed to the emergency room from an apparent drug overdose. Little did she know, the program she was so excited to launch became the tools she needed to survive this harrowing tragedy.
