<p>Dr Brian Nall is the executive director of the Pensacola Bay Baptist Association, a local &nbsp;association of about 60 churches in Escambia County Florida.&nbsp;</p> <p><br></p> <p>Brian assists these local congregations in three primary areas: 1. Encourage - providing professional and spiritual support for pastors 2. Equip - training and resources for church leaders 3. Engage - cooperate and serve together to reach the community for Christ</p> <p><br></p> <p>One of the most important services that Brian provides for churches is a top-to-bottom analysis of church health using the "12 Characteristics of a Healthy Church".
