#70 Brian Wollenberg is one of the most selfless people that the Hope Radio Podcast has interviewed! In his teens Brian took $1,500 of his own money (earned working in fast food) to feed 50+ people at Thanksgiving. That experience touched him so much that he decided to create an organization that would feed hundreds...then thousands at Thanksgiving. He then named the organization after a former co-worker that had lost his life in a car accident. Selfless...indeed. Hope can be sparked by acts of kindness. Hope can definitely be sparked by feeding needy families at Thanksgiving. Coming alongside our fellow citizens, community and humanity at large is the best way to engender hope in others.
