I will be found by you,” declares the Lord, “and will bring you back from captivity.”</p> <p>5x5 Rule:  If this thing you are struggling with won't affect your life five years from now, don't give it more than 5 minutes of your time today. (Yes, I know -- 'easier said than done,' so be patient with yourself!
