<p>Anovulation is common in women with PCOS. This is where an egg does not mature and so is not released from the ovary. Thus ovulation does not occur. This lack of ovulation in turn reduces a woman's ability to conceive because in order to get pregnant you need to ovulate. So in episode 55 of the PCOS Oracle podcast, I had the honour of speaking with Cory Ruth, founder and principal of The Women's Dietitian, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and women's health expert about all things PCOS and fertility.
