<p>Becoming a yoga teacher for many is a very transformational experience. It’s not only the new studies, practices and people you meet, but also introspection and finding out things about ourselves we wish we had known before.<br> <br> In today's weekly live training, I share what I wish I had known before becoming a yoga teacher.<br> <br> I'll speak about the things I didn’t know before becoming a yoga teacher. The fact that nobody could give/gave me the answers to these things at the time has made my journey very challenging.
