<p>Guest: Erica Culpepper. Erica is the General Manager of L’Oreal Multi-Cultural Beauty, and oversees the US and Global business unit for a dynamic portfolio of brands which celebrates, inspires and empowers women of color. Erica also led the acquisition and integration of Carol’s Daughter, bringing the natural hair pioneer into the L’Oreal family, and helping to expand L’Oreal’s leadership within the multi-cultural market. She is an avid champion of women’s empowerment thru building self-confidence, and developing products that allow every woman to embrace and celebrate her own unique beauty. Erica serves on the L’Oreal USA Executive Committee, an Advisory Board Member for the L’Oreal USA Women of Color Think Tank, a member of the Executive Leadership Council, as well as a board member for Cosmetic Executive Women and BUILD NYC. She has been honored for her leadership in beauty with CEW Achiever Award, Top 25 Black Women in Beauty by The Network Journal, and a Global Visionary Leadership Award from her alma mater, Howard University School of Communications.
