<p>Kyle Stephenson has been investing in residential real estate since 1990. He owns approximately 300 units individually and an additional 800 units in various syndications. The portfolio is comprised of single-family homes, small apartment communities, and large apartment communities. The primary focus of his holdings has always been to generate cash flow with a secondary focus on long-term appreciation. </p><p>Kyle shared his backstory as it pertains to real estate investing, and shared whether it found him, and how did his upbringing help him decide on the real estate industry.
