1799: World Bank to assist Ministry of Finance improve South Sudan's budget process

<div>The World Bank says it plans to assist the Ministry of Finance improve its system for budget formulation and implementation.  World Bank Country Manager Firas Raad says this is part of the bank’s project in Public Finance Management, to ensure that the budget cycle every year is planned and organized.
