072: How To Build Your Healthcare Board Of Governors

I love sitting on Boards.  <p>But I'm not talking about not-for-profit boards, company boards or university boards (and I've done those..). I'm talking about your health care board. </p> <p>It's my favourite place to be.</p> <p>You should have a team of people built who you can call when you need. And you need to make sure that at least one of them acts as your Navigator. The person who you can make sure is keeping watch on the trend, seeing where things were and where they are now, and how you're meeting your goals. </p> <p>But until most of my patients come into my office, they've never heard of the idea.
