T. Witz

Talmadge Hugh Lamont Whitaker Jr, who goes by the name T. Witz, was born on October 17th, 1990 in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. Witz is one out of ten kids, under the care of his mother Nina R. Waters., Witz and his family moved from Philly to Gaithersburg, Maryland. He would record music and freestyle with his brother on a daily basis. At the age of 15 he started to hone his craft and started to adjust his sound in terms of lyrics and delivery, recording and mixing his own music. Witz has undergone many trials and tribulations, including the passing of his younger brother Terrance Nino Whitaker, on September 25th 2013. Through his obstacles in life, and the hardship with the passing of Terrance, T. Witz now draws inspiration from such experiences. He creates music that his fans can relate to and interact with. He has a huge and very loyal, following that is always waiting to see what he creates next. Witz has a great passion for music and the motivation to change the sound of hip-hop forever. To him success is not an option, it’s a necessity.
