Whistle Blowers and Outages, Not good news for Facebook.

<p>Well, you've non doubt heard, a Whistle blower is set to testify before congress tomorrow, after appearing on the CBS Show 60 minutes last night. And whether it was that, or the disclosure that much of Facebook's network went down today. Whatever the cause it was one of those head over heal declines that we've sometimes seen in the social media stock. Facebook shares down over 5 1/2% today. </p>
