<p>Good morning and God&#39;s blessings on you today and always! You are made in God&#39;s image, and are therefore beauitful just the way you are. You are loved unconditionally by God, with nothing you can ever do to separate yourself from that love or God&#39;s perfect grace. Here in our faith community at Stony Creek UMC we believe that ALL people, no exceptions, are worthy of of being, mercy, love, and grace. You are a beloved child of God, and a cherished sibling of Jesus Christ. We hope that any time you choose to join us for worship, fellowship, or any other time that you are comfortable, and that you participate in the ways that you feel safe and loved. We welcome everyone into our physical and Internet spaces with open arms, but we hold no expectations or attempt any demands on how you participate, if you choose to.</p> <p><br></p> <p>Today we are entering into the third week of our November sermon series, &quot;The Good News About Death,&quot; with a message shared by Pastor Michael. Pastor Michael always works to connect the Scripture to things in our everyday lives, and encourages us to ask questions and re-examine our theology and understandings of God and the world. While death may seem like a dark or depressing topic, we have already been working to reshape and reconsider how we think about death in our world, and what things we have been told about death and the Christian hope of resurrection.
