<p>After spending twenty years of his career in Life Sciences, like most entrepreneurs Tom noticed a gap in the market.</p> <p>He realised that most service providers, while technically proficient, were still having trouble reaching their customers.</p> <p>So In October 2017, Tom decided to give those organizations a voice and founded NavigatorBIO - a Contract Development Organization for the Life Sciences community.</p> <p>Tom shares his story about starting out on his own, fine-tuning his processes and growing the business.</p>
