We get to dive into systemic racism, and how the disproportionate amount of physicians of color are affecting black communities. In addition to that, we talk about how it's affecting the LGBTQ community and how we can begin to advocate for ourselves in our spaces, but also use boundaries as a way to protect ourselves from being drained, and overwhelmed in these kind of atmospheres where we are being othered and looked at to educate at the same time.
