The Red Sox Are A Legitimate World Series Contender This Season, Fact

<p>Coming off an eventful 5-1 week (2-0 vs. Toronto & 3-1 vs. Yankees), there is plenty to talk about involving the Red Sox who have the best record in the AL and the second best mark in MLB behind San Francisco. This afternoon, red-hot utilityman Kike Hernandez was named the AL Player of the Week and tonight, Boston kicks off a four-game series at Fenway vs. the Jays. Later this week, they have three very important games at Tampa Bay which could go a long way to determining who wins the AL East in 2021. Also, the MLB trade deadline is on Friday at 4 pm, so what if anything do we expect the Sox to do? </p>
