<p>Jeff Le has had a career at the highest levels of public policy and politics at the state, federal and international levels. Prior to joining Rhino, Jeff was U.S. State and Local Public Policy Lead for VMware, a digital technology and infrastructure company, and managed the company’s gubernatorial, state, county, and local relationships across all 50 states and Canada.
