The MXPX Self-Titled with Tyler Harms Episode

<p>Hey there friends!</p> <p>On today's episode, I'm excited to be speaking to my buddy Tyler Harms.</p> <p>Tyler and I go way back, he played a band called Fourth and Long from St. Louis that we played some shows with.</p> <p>He moved to KC a few years ago, and I'm always running into him at shows. It's always fun chatting with him.</p> <p>He mentioned to me a while ago that the newest MXPX record, their self-titled record, has become his favorite of theirs. I wanted to dig into that.</p> <p>I think it's awesome&nbsp;when a band that has been around as long as MXPX has, can put out an album so well-received from their fans.</p> <p>So we do a deep dive on their latest album. We talk about many other things as well, but we go deep on the newest album.</p> <p>We also talk about how listening to this album has become almost like a ritual for Tyler. It's a cue for putting him in a great mood.</p> <p>We talk about him going to Bremerton and participating in a first listen to the album as well. He got to hear before the rest of us did and that really cool.</p>
