<p>This episode kicks off a whole month of Makoto Shinkai movies! Cat and Joe start the month of Cupid and heart-shaped boxes, with the forlorn love story of The Garden of Words. Both Cat and Joe are left breathless by the extraordinarily beautiful animation of this rainy day film that doesn't outstay its welcome - coming in at only 46 minutes long. While this film offers poetry, nostalgia and some sentimental themes, it never quite tips over into sappiness.
