Spider-Man (2002) Movie Sam Raimi Tobey Maguire is reviewed comparing to The Amazing Spider-Man Comic (1962)

<p>James B and Eddie compare the 1960's comic book to the first movie in which Peter Parker gains spider-like powers, including super-strength, enhanced reflexes, a "spider sense" that warns him of incoming danger, and the ability to climb walls and shoot <a href='https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spiderwebs'>spiderwebs</a> (one example of a departure from the comics, where he utilizes web-shooters). Following a personal tragedy, he decides to use his newfound powers for good, and begins fighting crime and injustice as The Amazing Spider-Man.</p>
