Soak onion rings in an ice bath until ready to bread</p> <p>2. Combine dry ingredients in one bowl</p> <p>3. Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl</p> <p>4. Drop onion rings into egg wash</p> <p>5. Place in flour mixture: press to coat</p> <p>6. Shake off excess; drop in hot oil</p> <p>7. Fry for about 30 seconds on each side</p> <p>8. Place on paper towel to drain</p> <p> </p> <p>Honky Sauce</p> <p>Roasted Garlic</p> <p>Mayo</p> <p>Worcestershire Sauce</p> <p>Lemon Juice</p> <p>Mustard</p> <p>Salt and Pepper</p> <p> </p> <p>Old-School Burger</p> <p>80/20 ground beef</p> <p>Mushrooms</p> <p>Breadcrumbs</p> <p>Salt and Pepper</p> <p>Garlic Powder</p> <p>Brioche Bun</p> <p>Tomato</p> <p>1. Cook mushrooms</p> <p>2. Season beef; combine with breadcrumbs</p> <p>3. Form burger patties</p> <p>4. Place on grill / flat top</p> <p>5. Flip when ready</p> <p>6. Butter bun and place on grill / flat top</p> <p>7. Spread honkey sauce on top of bun</p> <p>8.
