Thousands of boxes discarded at Union Pacific (UNP) train tracks in downtown Los Angeles just a wave of rail thefts that have taken place in recent months and worsening supply chain bottlenecks and creating endless delays for consumers and merchants that likely cost millions, if not more. Los Angeles County, San Francisco all the way up to Santa Monica, homeless have constructed tents all along the sidewalks, beach and are urinating and defecating in the streets.
